| Im not sure if its like this in all states but where I live to adopt a dog from a shelter costs up 80$...I understand shelters are in need of money, but shesh! Thats a little insane don't ya think? Geuss some good deeds come with a price... |

| also, if you adopt first, the non puppy, kittens should be adopted. Because everyone adopts the little ones first, so our dog was already 8 months old when we rescued her from death row. ;) |
